With over 7 years’ in the construction industry including a stint at Coastal Projects Limited, Sankarshan is well positioned to harness experience gained both across the financial and technical spectrum.

With a Master’s degree in construction management, Thulasidhar brings with him years of construction expertise gained by being part of a large general contracting group. At Sthira Constructions, he leads the designing vertical channeling the expertise gained to deliver various projects in designing.

A civil engineer, and a masters in Construction engineering. Preetam leads the QA/QC wing at Sthira, is responsible for quality assurance and billing. Also Preetam is in charge of interior work execution at all of Sthira interior project works.

A civil engineer with over 40 years’ of experience in the contracting and real estate industry, has expertise and knowledge of executing varied projects in infrastructure and housing. Heads the execution vertical at Sthira with his vast experience, and is responsible to deliver projects on time to the client’s satisfaction.
